These terms apply to Card QA Forge digital goods / license. Informational only — not legal advice. Align with Creem settings and local counsel if needed.
Card QA Forge is a character-card lint & clean tool for SillyTavern-compatible cards (software and/or downloadable kit). It is not the 锻卡炉 creation studio itself and does not include custom consulting.
Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own card-authoring workflow. You may not resell or redistribute the product as a competing commercial kit without permission.
Delivery is via Creem (or designated checkout) once live — download and/or license key as stated on the product page. Site: https://ai.tellev.click/.
Digital goods are generally non-refundable after download or license activation, except where required by law or where the delivered file is defective and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
Do not use the tool to violate others’ rights or platform rules. You are responsible for the content of cards you process.
Provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of any hosted feature. SillyTavern is a third-party project; we are not affiliated with its maintainers.
Use the email on your Creem receipt / order confirmation until a public support address is published.
